Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Products with removed tags will not be accepted.
Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing will not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products with removed tags
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Size issues (subject to stock availability)
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect product received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email clear photos and order details to info@gridwolff.store.
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Approved cases may qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Customers will be notified regarding approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after approval.

Banking partners may require additional time for funds to reflect.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by Grid Wolff.
For customer-initiated returns (size preference, change of mind, etc.), return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
